Our Re-Decorated Christmas Tree

On Sat, 12/19, Christina came over and she took one look at our tree and had two reactions:

1.  Is that a real tree b/c it is super cute!?!?!?!
2.  You seriously need help decorating!  Why do you insist on putting the big ornament on top??

So...Christina, after rummaging through my kitchen for food, proceeded to re-decorate our Christmas Tree.

She said I needed to create a 3-D effect.  What does that even mean?  I got all the ornaments on there and I thought it looked totally fine!  Here's some pics of the re-decorated tree:

Now, when you compare to my original decorations (below), it seems to the same, but I see what Christina is saying...some of the ornaments are inside the tree, some are on the outside.... 

But honestly, I don't think Russ even realized the difference b/c he hasn't said anything to me!  ;)  But with Christina's help, our tree is more trendy and stylin' now.  hahaha.
